We make returns hassle-free so that you can purchase with confidence. Winci.pk purchases can be returned up to 15 days after delivery. Simply follow the steps below to return your order, no questions asked.

Exchanges & returns will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused or unwashed and with all original accessories i.e. tags, labels & polybags, etc.

NOTE: “As per International Standards up to 1 Inch Difference in Specs is Tolerable.”

2. Repack Merchandise

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.

3. Shipping Address

The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to the following address:

Exchange FAQs

What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (which will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).

What if I wish to exchange the product with another product(s)?

  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with another product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (which will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).     

What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our products. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 15 days since your purchase, choose one of the options above to return the item. If it’s been more than 15 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item.

Please note that this process may take 4-6 working days.

What if I wish to return my product?

  • If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get a refund, simply
  • Send/Courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
  • Once we receive the product and confirm that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.

Can I return items I purchased at a Clearance SALE?

No, items purchased at a Winci Clearance Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they’re defective or flawed.

How will I get My refund?

There are two options for a refund:

  1. Coupon Code
  2. Cash Back

What’s Coupon Code?

You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can, later on, use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.

What’s Cash Back?

If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or JazzCash. Please note that this process may take 5-10 working days.
