1. Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.1,499.

2. We charge Rs.249 on all orders valued at Rs.1,499.

3. Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.

4. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

5. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

6. Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

7. On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 we will need an advance payment. Customers will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These orders will not be shipped via courier.

8. Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.
